This includes, among other things, a swap warehouse and its settlement. Thanks to our specially developed IT solution, we can map any type of swap process according to your individual requirements. This can include both an on-site exchange solution directly at the end customer and a business solution for the retailer. Separate processes are also possible at product level.

Our contribution to the environment
We take our responsibility for our environment very seriously. As a service center, we are actively involved in maintaining a functioning disposal concept. The old equipment and scrap circuit boards are disposed of in an orderly, controlled and environmentally friendly manner in compliance with the prevailing laws. We only use lead-free soldering for our repairs and pay attention to correct waste separation (PET, aluminium, paper, cardboard, glass, etc.) throughout the company.
Logistics Reporting
Always well informed Using state-of-the-art IT software, we control, control and report on all processes. This means that all departments, such as technology, logistics, shipping, accounting and our shops, are networked with each other. In order to be able to process a streamlined and fast repair process and logistics hub transactions throughout Austria, daily evaluations of our so-called KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) are required. We make this reporting available to our contractual partners, individually adapted to the needs of the manufacturers or dealers

Logistics Reporting
Integrated and end-to-end processes All documents that we receive in the course of a repair are archived electronically in order to be able to handle further processing smoothly. This ensures an online data exchange between Repairmarkt Ghana, all contractual partners and external service partners via defined interfaces. This allows the status of each individual process to be tracked, monitored, mapped across companies and made transparent. This also applies to performance reporting for our contractual partners. Currently, interfaces already exist with most of our partners through which repair recording is carried out, reports are drawn and the Track & Trace system is operated.
