Supplier Code of Conduct

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All suppliers must operate in compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to their operations and industry, including but not limited to labor laws, anti-corruption laws, environmental regulations, and product safety standards.

Labor and Human Rights

We expect suppliers to uphold human rights and treat all employees with dignity and respect. Specifically, suppliers must:

Prohibit Child Labor: Suppliers must not use child labor in any part of their operations.

Prohibit Forced Labor: Suppliers must not use forced, bonded, or involuntary labor, and all work must be done on a voluntary basis.

Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity: Suppliers must provide a workplace free from discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, or any other legally protected status.

Fair Compensation and Working Hours: Suppliers must pay workers fair wages and comply with legal requirements for working hours and overtime.

Health and Safety

Suppliers are expected to provide a safe and healthy working environment for their employees. This includes:

Complying with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Implementing adequate safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Providing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and training on health and safety practices.

Environmental Responsibility

Repairmarkt is committed to environmental sustainability, and we expect our suppliers to share this commitment by:

Minimizing waste and reducing the use of natural resources.

Adhering to all applicable environmental regulations.

Implementing environmentally responsible practices in manufacturing, sourcing, and product development.

Working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, pollution, and other environmental impacts.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

Suppliers must not engage in any form of corruption, bribery, extortion, or embezzlement. Suppliers are prohibited from offering or accepting any form of bribery, whether direct or indirect, to influence business decisions.

Product Quality and Safety

Suppliers are expected to meet Repairmarkt’s quality standards for all products and materials. This includes:

Ensuring products are safe, durable, and free from defects.

Complying with all relevant quality and safety regulations.

Providing accurate product information and labeling, including origin, composition, and any relevant health or safety warnings.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Suppliers must respect and protect intellectual property rights and ensure that proprietary information of Repairmarkt and other third parties is kept confidential. This includes:

Prohibiting unauthorized use or sharing of Repairmarkt’s intellectual property or trade secrets.

Ensuring any subcontractors or third parties also respect these confidentiality requirements.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Repairmarkt reserves the right to monitor and evaluate suppliers’ adherence to this Code of Conduct. This may include periodic audits, inspections, or assessments. Suppliers found in violation of these principles may be required to implement corrective actions or, if necessary, may have their relationship with Repairmarkt terminated.

Reporting Concerns

If a supplier encounters any situation or practice that may violate this Code of Conduct, they are encouraged to report it to Repairmarkt through our designated reporting channels without fear of retaliation. Repairmarkt is committed to investigating reports promptly and fairly.

Continuous Improvement

Repairmarkt expects suppliers to continuously seek ways to improve their operations, enhance working conditions, reduce environmental impact, and align more closely with the standards outlined in this Code of Conduct.
