Fill out the repair form
Use our repair form to specify the model and fault of your device. In addition to smartphones, we are also happy to accept audio/video & TV devices, coffee machines or food processors.
Packing and shipping the device
After the form has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. Print this out and place it together with your device in a well-padded package and send it to our repair center.
Repair Mark services and repairs
Now we check the order and the device: If it is a warranty case, we will repair it for you. Otherwise, we will send you a cost estimate by email and you can tell us whether we can carry out the repair.
Device received
After the successful repair, we will send the device back to you insured. It will be shipped to your home within 24 hours.
